The Manukau Indoor Sports Centre has been playing Superleague Netball since it's inception in 1993. It wasn't until the year 2006 that we created our own real identity with a naming competition that saw the birth of the Manukau Flamers.
Since 2006 the Manukau Flamers have grown into one of the biggest & most successful clubs in the country. The current 2009/2010 season sees 18 Flamer teams competing in the Northern Region Indoor Netball Superleague Competition.
